We'd more or less decided on a private school for DD when the CAF results came in on Monday and she was (unexpectedly) offered a place at Henrietta Barnett. From what I hear it is an amazing school though we obviously haven't had a chance to look around due to Covid, but travel is an issue because it would be quite a long journey each day, the private option would be significantly closer. I wondered if anyone else here had a DD who'd be making a similar journey each day, which might make a difference so it isn't a daily schlep alone.
