We are planning to move to London in coming months and I have a daughter who need to apply year 7. Some people suggest us to try Fulham Cross Girl school which rated outstanding. However, it was undersubscribed. Would be great to hear from parents who already have daughters there. Thank you.

Hi, It's actually currently rated good. My daughter's best friend goes there and we live in the area so I know the school well.

It has gorgeous facilities however some of the girls can be quite rowdy (which should be expected in most schools . They have a curriculum which aims to empower women and a lot of good GCSE options.

My daughter's best friend is very happy there and I would recommend it.

Facilities are good. Forms consist of 25 girls each so relatively small. Was thinking of it for my daughter but was put off by a teacher telling us that there are some quite disruptive girls and lessons can be loud with girls shouting and behaving badly.

Hello, we are hosting an external tour for Year 6 parents. If you are interested, please send me an email and I would love to show you around our school to see why it would be the best decision for your daughter.

We are an outstanding school and are consistently in the top 2% of schools nationwide for progress.

@movetouk are you looking to move to the Fulham area in any case, or is it just this school specifically you are interested in? And are you specifically after single sex? If you're moving to West London presumably you're looking at other schools too.

We have a daughter here and she's doing very well. It's good that we live near to the school.

It's a nice small school and that's an advantage because it means you have a more close-knit community. One can get to know the head personally.

This wasn't the case for some of the other schools we applied for which seemed bureaucratic and remote.
