London area - offer letter issues?

Hi all

Logged into eadmissions last night and I know what offer we got (4th choice, not what we were hoping for). However - we got the text message telling us an email had been sent, it has never arrived (and no, it’s not in spam). Did anyone else have this issue? Wondering if letter might contain any more info than on the website, but also wondering whether we are the only ones who had this happen...

You can appeal to any school to which you have applied and been turned down. You can’t appeal for schools you have not applied to as there is nothing to appeal agsinst!

But you can apply for a new school eg not one of your original 6, then appeal if they reject you (you wouldn't want to appeal if they offer you a place).

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask, now we have all accepted our places, is now the right time to find out where we are on our 1st choice school?
Don't want to harass school too much, but would be interested to see if we have any chance at all!

I called my LA and was told that the waiting list goes live on the 25/26th (I can't remember which). Our offer email had a link to the waiting list for when it opens.
