AQA grade boundaries

Can anyone help please? DD didn't do great in her A level Psychology and it says she's got 150 marks which is an E.

I can't find any grade boundaries for this exam so no idea if she's close to the boundaries or not. I'm not necessarily after a remark (don't think they exist anymore) but she's wanting to know how close she was.

In case anyone's interested it went down one mark!

School have asked if they can try a different paper, so we have agreed to one more try.

It's a little annoying, if I'm honest!

We’ve just had one paper go up by 18 marks. Student was one mark off the higher grade.

@DollyPlastic that is so frustrating. I was really hoping it would have made a difference for you. Thanks

DollyPlastic · 06/09/2018 22:03

Thank you Stressed that's really kind.

I've got my fingers crossed for this last one but not very hopeful if I'm honest.

Guess what? It went up 4 marks so changed to a D.

Might not seem great compared to the average A/A* on here but trust me, she's over the moon.

Thank you for all the advice.

Delighted for you and her. Smile

Well done to you dd. I’m glad it changed for her.

Wow - that is great. Just trying to decide on a last minute remark for physics edexcel - DS is short by 4 marks from next grade - 12 down to lower grade.
Paper 1 got 78/120 . Paper 2 got 41/60 . So grade B but he could really do with 5 As for some of the courses he has suddenly decided to look at for university. He had a Spanish mark go up by 3 to push him to a B but History was down by 1 mark from an A & mark didn't change at all.

kpandthesunshineband2 · 19/09/2018 14:09

superram - that is a shocking discrepancy !

That's a tough one to decide, is the cut off day tomorrow?

Good luck if you go for it, and thank you everyone on here for your help.
