secondary school waiting lists

Hi there
Does anyone know when secondary school waiting lists start to move?
Our lists are getting longer... no movement getting shorter yet!
We are in Essex, particularly interested in waiting lists for Appleton and King John. Test and distance waiting lists. Any knowledge would be great to hear! Thanks

Thank you very much. It's so awful waiting! I know I shouldn't but I keep checking the waiting lists!
Let's hope that some positive movement soon!

Many thanks for your help. We are on various waiting lists, varying from a place within the top ten, down to over a hundred on some lists! I will stay hopeful for some movement, after the Easter hols would be good.
