The Public Information and Resources Group, from Parliament, have been in touch with Mumsnet.
They’re looking for the parents and guardians of children at school within Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) -- that is, groups of academies which have come together to form a single, charitable company.
The House of Commons Education Select Committee is currently conducting an inquiry into the governance and regulation of MATs. As part of this process, they’re hosting a dedicated event for parents and guardians to share their experiences.
The event will be on Monday 24 October in the Macmillan Room at Portcullis House, opposite Parliament. Attendance is free but places are limited, so if you’re interested you can book here.
