little well done gift?

My sister will be getting her GCSE results next Thursday. I would like to get her a little gift to say well done for about £10. She had special need so whatever she gets we will be proud and I want to say a well done for trying her hardest (she has put so much work in revising!). She loves art, make up, bloggers but and ideas welcome.
