did you do anything with/give a gift to your teenager to mark the end of 6th form? ie before results in August? thanks

No gift but they attended the school ball. It was tradition to do this. So new dresses! Gift upon results with no strings attached regarding grades. Most young people just want to celebrate the end of school with whatever the school organises or go on a holiday with friends. Mine didn't like the idea of drunk clubbing for a week, so went somewhere quieter with likeminded friends. DS of a friend went to Newquay. Others went to Greece, Ibiza etc

Well, I bought him a new suit in time for the prom and he hadn't got a suit that fitted him and might need it for funerals, weddings and interviews
