I went to enrol my daughter today (she's away) and encountered an incredibly sneery member of staff who looked down on her GCSE results. I have been upset all day and no longer want her to go there. Staff at her current school would never speak to a parent like that.
I feel like I am overreacting and wondered if anyone else could share their experience of the school?
