School appeals - How long should I wait?

We had our school appeal on the 12th May. We were told that they had appeals up until 19th May and we would get our outcome within 10 working days from 19th May. This seems such a long time so I googled the appeal code and it states that the appeallant should hear ideally within 5 days, not even 5 working days. Can any clarify this? I am going insane hear.
Thanks.

I really hope I get the outcome prh47bridhe we want. The more I think the more I doubt the panel and their independence. I was rushed big time, but I was so pushy I said what I wanted but still would of preferred to have more time and say more.

The presenting officer wasn't questioned neither was I. Nor did PO sum up and neither did we as was not given the opportunity. Soon as appeal was over the PO and clerk headed straight out for the door, the clerk stood by door talking to PO while we got our stuff together quickly and as we left only the panel said buy, the PO and clerk were still talking to each other, therefore the clerk said...mind my French Fuck all to us when we left. I feel mad.

Just a question. If you were told your child is number 7 about two weeks ago and you ask today her new position and you are told she is number 10 now. Does that make sense?

Yes it does make sense. Other children could have joined the waiting list and be higher on the allocation criteria than your DC. They may live closer or fill some other criteria listed on the oversubscription criteria.
