Year 9 Options - what has your DC chosen?

Just being noisy really and wondering what other Year 9s have chosen for their options.

My DD has chosen History, Geography, French, Ethics, Art Textiles and Music - she will get 5/6 of her options. She'll also be doing Eng Lang, Eng Lit and Maths. Triple or Double Science still to be decided on as they have to sit a test and this alongside present set and attitude in class will help choose the 25% which can take it.

My daughter has to do

History(which was the best out of a group of 5 she HAD to choose)

Pretty easy choices for her for all except the further maths GCSE vs BTEC - I'd have rather she did the extra GCSE ... she wasn't to be persuaded. She'll just have to get really good grades in the 9 she's doing.

Ds has to do English Lit; English Lang; Maths; Triple Science; German (doing this year) and RE (doing in Y10).
