Any reviews on Launceston College and Tavistock College? Thanks in advance.

Might be a good idea to give Tavistock a miss. Exam results have been in decline over the past few years and there is weak leadership on discipline. The recent incident with the English teacher illustrates the lack of support for the teachers by the SLT. Although the school is ostensibly a Language Specialist College a little research will show that the Japanese department is the only show in town. Italian, German and Chinese are no longer taught and the linguists in the sixth form can be counted on one hand. I can't comment on Launceston.
