Hi, we are seriously considering this school for my daughter and son, but am a bit concerned about the influence of Christian Science as some Mum's have mentioned this on this site. Are there any parents out there with experience of CFC ? Is it anything to be concerned about ?

My DC has just started there in Yr7 and is very happy. No CS stuff on the agenda and friends with kids in higher years also say there is no pushing the religion. Please PM me if you'd like more info.

My son has just started at the school and I had the same concerns. I really looked into this prior to choosing the school, and spoke to people who attend the school. There is no real evidence of this - it is part of its heritage. RE covers a broad curriculum. Currently all I can do is praise the school - they are living up to our expectations and my son is thriving. I would definitely recommend it - it is very nurturing and really focuses on the individual.
