Ours son is hoping to start in Yr 7 in September, and we are hoping to move, fingers crossed over the next couple of months to Winchester - big family move!
Anyone out there whose child is also starting in September? The taster days are next week. We don't know anyone in the area, as it is an out of county move, and it would be good to make a contact or two, especially as he will not have any mates there on the day. We have also enrolled him for the summer camp in the hope that he will make some new friends and get to know his form group - it is a brilliant idea to get them all familiar with the buildings and layout etc. Is anyone else in the same position - would love to hear from you if so, as I understand there are several new families starting at the school. Very exciting!!:)
