So I sent in the card and chocs on Thursday . Today I get a letter posted saying 'Thank you so much for the lovely card and kind gift. I cannot tell you how much it means to staff to have such positive feedback.
I am delighted to hear that XXXXXXXX has had such a succesful year. '
How nice is that . I am really glad I made the effort now .

I am taking in for form tutor and head of year, who have gone beyond the call of duty with OCD dd . Their pastoral care is superb, and I am just so grateful for them.
Can't believe the attitude of "oh it's secondary school"- but then, many parents do sadly think like that.
