Edinburgh wedding witnesses

Hello,
I've seen a few posts here about people being able to be last minute witnesses so I thought I'd ask. I'm getting married next Tuesday (it's just the 2 of us) and thought we'd just find witnesses on the royal mile on the day, but I'm getting nervous about this!
We don't want a 'wedding' we just want to spend the day together and I were to ask one person we know, it will upset someone else!!
So.... Can anyone help us on Tuesday 3rd November at Edinburgh City Chambers? If you msg me we can chat and I'll give you details xx

You'd probably have better luck asking this on the r/edinburgh sub on Reddit. The same thing gets asked there frequently, you'll have far more locals who might be available, and the people who do ask there always seem to find witnesses easily enough.
