Hi everyone,
I hope you are all well.
I am currently looking into primary school options for my 4-year-old daughter for next year's P1 intake, and we are considering Anderston Primary School as our local non-denominational option.
As she is my only child, her safety, emotional wellbeing, and happiness are my top priorities. I would truly appreciate hearing honest feedback and personal experiences from parents whose children attend the school:
- Pastoral Care & Support: How caring, attentive, and nurturing are the teachers, especially with younger/only children settling into P1?
- Academic Standards: How is the quality of teaching, reading, and learning progression?
- Safety & Environment: How is the playground supervision, safety, and the school’s approach to bullying and behaviour?
- Inclusivity & Diversity: How welcoming and supportive is the school environment for international and diverse families?
- Communication: How well does the school communicate with parents regarding daily progress?
Thank you so much for your time and honest insights!
