Keep seeing the annoying adverts. Does this trust really save your property being used for care home fees or is it a con?

Ive googled but more confused than ever.

My Inlaws were scammed by this company. They took £750 up front and in return they received a document that was such a mess. It had all sorts of different names, unfinished sentences, the wrong address within the document. It was nonsense. It would not have stood up in court. They then sent a bill for about £1200. FIL said the lady on the phone told him it wouldn't cost more than £50 (but he's a bit unreliable when it comes to scam calls) I was suspicious as the firm makes itself look like a law firm when it is not.

I had a lawyer look at it who sent off a letter saying the bill would not be paid and not to contact the in-laws again. They didn't get their £750 back.

Steer well clear.
