Column from Robin McAlpine of upcoming judicial review. I am just scunnered at how rotten Scottish administration seems to be right now.

Nothing good is happening within councils. South Lanarkshire council is as bad as Glasgow. Nobody held accountable for anything. Its like having our own mini versions of Donald Trump.

And yet Burnham wants to give these people more decision making powers through devolution to local councils. 😵‍💫

Its a frightening thought. Although to be honest I'm not convinced there's much material difference between them and the Scotgov at the moment.
