Wellness Retreat Scotland?

I'm having a bad time of it physically and mentally and really feel a few days r&r to myself might help.

I don't know if I want a spa hotel (love the idea of a pool, massage, treatments - but maybe not an anon hotel) or something more of a guided 'retreat' with a focus on wellbeing, healthy eating, gentle exercise and group support. Maybe the latter actually.

Any thoughts - in Scotland, or north of England at a push.

What about getting a random cottage near a beach or river. I find when I'm really down that sitting in nature really grounds me? Failing that I know of a retreat t Loch Lomond www.facebook.com/share/p/1F3MetqSYi/

I like Portavadie Spa, there’s a range of accommodation depending on your preferences.
