Edinburgh hairdresser recommendations

I’m thinking of moving hairdressers (which is a fairly daunting task after being with the same one for almost 20 years), and wondered if anyone had recommendations? Happy to pay for a decent stylist who’s also good with colour to cover greys! City centre or southside would suit best.

How much does he charge?

it’s not cheap - but I tell myself it’s ok cos I don’t colour my hair. but it is £90 for a cut and blow dry. he is very good however

Thank you! That is pricey but he’s handily located for me. I think I’m about £130 but that includes roots. I will have a look!

Lesley at Hershaws in Canonmills. She’s very reasonably priced, hugely talented and a lovely person
