We’ve recently put a two bedroom main door flat on the market in the Trinity/Inverleith area of Edinburgh. It’s a traditional tenement flat, really good condition with private front garden. We’re a little unclear on what the market is looking like right now. Any thoughts on this? It is on for offers over. What kind of level of offer should we be expecting, 5% above HR value, or more, or less? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
