As per the title - there's a lot of vague statements but I can't work out what it's actually trying to do. Is this new investment in renewables? Or coordination of existing work? Or just a sop to Aberdeen voters worried about oil & gas jobs being decimated. I'm not anti renewables/ Net zero just don't understand what GBE is for!
