How to renew a parking permit? Glasgow area.

Asking for sister. I had a google and it says something about Ringo but that can’t be right. It’s easy to find online how to buy a parking permit in Glasgow but not renew.
Sister gave up after long, long hold when she phoned city council.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

Ye that's right, to renew any parking permits purchased prior to dec 23 it's now via ringo app and it's a new application. There's a section on the ringo app/website for permits.

It's a new application so that will be the correct bit you're looking at.
