Partick or city centre to Burrell collection

Hi, how do I get from either Partick or the city centre to the Burrell Collection. Doesn’t seem to be a train station too close, and is there a direct bus? Find online for this a bit confusing.Thank you!

Nearest train station is pollokshaws west. So you'd need to get from Partick to Central and get the train to Pollokshaws West.
Pretty sure there will be buses going along the main road past the entrance to Pollok Park .

I also use Traveline Scotland to plan trips by public transport.

Was just coming back to post the same link. Would say train to Pollokshaws or the 57/57A would be best.

I've been there on the train from the city centre (can't remember name of station), then you walk through the grounds/park to get to the museum.

It's a long walk from the entrance of the park to the Burrell collection, just incase you werent aware. There is however a little bus the park put on that goes from the entrance to the Burrell- there's probably a timetable for it on the website.
