Taylor Swift - have I been scammed?

Hi - bought tickets on Viagogo for Edinburgh a while ago and didn't realise they were cracking down on third parties and that Viagogo was not an official vendor.

Deadline was today to receive tickets from reseller but they've not turned up. Does it sound like their tickets have been cancelled and we won't get them?

Just wondered if anyone else has had this with Viagogo or other reseller?

Sorry but you probably have been. There's been so much of it with TS tickets.

Viagogo is good at giving quick refunds, but that doesn't help with the concert unfortunately.

Well I don’t think it’s wrong of you to stay with her but what exactly are your concerns?
That she’ll get lost? Or that someone else in the maze might cause a problem? If you shouted her name across the maze would she be able to hear you? If she shouted would you hear her?

Are you sure the deadline isn't 6pm?

Contact Viagogo, some people haven't been getting their tickets until 24hrs prior concert from Ticketmaster. So you have to think, the vendor gets the from ticketmaster and then will be transferring them across to you, so may take a while.

Have you a code at all? As there are still some seats available via Ticketmaster for those with codes.

The tickets are mobile only tickets - what form were you told the tickets would arrive in?

We were told there would be a mobile transfer through Ticketmaster or AXS. But I've seen lots of others get theirs and the deadline is in 1 hr

Two separate issues.

ticket cancelling - yes in official T&C they said TM and AXS were only official resale and tickets found to be sold on other platforms may be cancelled. However, in reality I haven't heard they are really doing this, I think that was more to put off touts, and they can't be bothered with the admin to follow up. But of course there is a chance.

you tickets - Viagogo is an unreliable place to buy tickets and there is a chance you have been scammed. I'm confused by this deadline thing, there is one for the latest time before transfer becomes available to the original buyer, but hypothetically they could be sent to you 2 minutes before you walk through the gate. The onus is on the buyer to send them to you now that they have them (if they were ever legit). Unless there is something specific to Murrayfield?

Why would it be either /or? They would have bought the tickets through either ticket master or axs, they are separate companies?

We got in no problem and the seats were great. Bit stressful in the run up but what a fabulous night it was!
