I’m rubbish at maths plus don’t know what current band 4 nhs salary is- can anyone help? What is current band 4 nhs salary eg bottom of this range and what would that hourly rate equate to?
Thanks so much!

As far as I can see the bottom of the scale is £25147 so, based on on a 37.5hour week, that works out at a fraction under £12.90 an hour.

Actually, scrap that. See attached image instead.

That's flat rate though, you will get more doing unsocial hours, weekends, night shifts etc.

Thanks! £14-£15 an hour isn’t too bad.
Thanks for the advice above 👌

top end of band 4 in nhs scotland is 30,019 at full time (37.5h), think it’s roughly 15.50 per hour
