Really looking around Bishopbriggs. Could be tempted further out or over to Clarkston esp as our toddler is 3 soon and we are thinking about schools now.

I just can't understand the pricing with some of them. They need gutted back to the bare bones and surely that's not coming in under 30-50k?

just an example below (and this is better than some)
2 bedroom semi-detached house for sale in 66 Belvidere Crescent, Bishopbriggs, G64 (rightmove.co.uk)

Check out this 2 bedroom semi-detached house for sale on Rightmove

Yes, definitely paint, new doors, kitchen, removing the fireplace, new carpets. There's a suspicious spot above the yellow curtains in photo 11 too. I just feel like I do want a lot more for my budget!

The one you posted at 220k is really lovely.

It looks like some rooms have storage heaters too so you might want to upgrade to gas central heating
