This is shocking. Actual bodily harm of a woman can be dealt with via a police warning but shouting "deviant" at a politician must be prosecuted. Women really are hated in Scotland. 🤬

So much for tackling VAWG.

And misogyny was specifically excluded from the list of aggravating factors in Humza’s infamous hate crime bill. It could not be clearer that women are the bottom of the pile in Scotland, in the eyes of politicians and the law.

Abuse of any sort should be unacceptable. Unfortunately it would seem that women talking about their rights are fair game for abuse in Scotland.

The Wings article was a revelation to me too . He has an excellent article on this and the gender/ trans / sexualisation of children takeover by Stonewall . When gay marriage was made legal they needed another cause to fill their coffers .

A petition to get Rishi Sunak to address the worrying trend of threats and/or violence against women being effectively condoned by the system (while women are simultaneously harassed by police for such 'crimes' as photographing gender critical stickers) is below. They explicitly say that they won't reveal your name, which is a sad indictment of the current situation wherein to put your name to something effectively saying 'stop violence against women who speak up' comes with significant risk to career prospects, safety or liberties.
