Parking at The Hydro in Glasgow

Have only ever driven once when attending an even there. It was just after it opened and the car park was absolute chaos on leaving. We ended up stuck for hours.

Anyone know what it’s usually like now? Is it better managed than before? We have an even coming up and would be much easier for us to drive but could do with not getting stuck for hours afterwards 😬🤞🏼

We usually park at the science centre across the river and walk over the bridge to hydro. Much easier getting out at the end too.
