Jetsgo Inverness to Palma cancelled

Anyone else found out their holiday has been cancelled today due to rising costs. As our booking was made over 18m ago they won't refund us we have to claim a payback vis the bank I'm hoping this doesn't incur any admin fees. We paid £1700 for three flights.

Does anybody know who the regulatory body is to complain to.

Sorry to others who are also in this shitty boat.

The bank have said as we paid over 540 days ago they can't help us. The flight was delayed due to COVID meant to be Oct 22. So jets go won't refund us and the bank won't help. Does anyone know what I can do.

Have a look on the CAA website - they'll usually give advice if its an airline going bust.
Or, is it a package holiday you booked? If so, you should have got an ATOL certificate. You could try a claim through that. But just checking their website, suggests they're regulated in Spain, so you might have to go that route rather than through CAA / ATOL. www.jetsgoholidays.com/useful-information/faqs
Their Spain licence number is at the bottom of the website.

Or your travel insurance.

Thankyou for that,it's flights only and as you say they are a Spanish registered company so I am trying to find out how to proceed that way.
