Something of interest to me has caught my eye. Anyone have an idea where offers over stands wrt a patch of land. No PP and I’m in no immediate hurry to get it.

I'd ignore the offers over and put what you're prepared to pay on the table. Definite softening on land prices around us where there's no PP

TY. I’m going to have a think. There’s one interested party but he has no idea I want it and he thinks it’s in the bag. I’m going to have to do a night recce so he doesn’t see me snooping! 😁

What's it used as? If there's no PP then you can really only go on the current use. If it's a field double check planning policy to see whether it's green belt or not, that'll have an impact on any future planning applications.

I had to 'sealed bid' for my land and was told to make the number uneven incase anyone else put an even figure eg if you want to pay thereabouts £5000 then bid £5599

Currently there’s just sheep and falling down Croft houses on it.
