SAAS Household Income Qu - URGENT pls?

Cant get through to SAAS or College

In the Household Income section - our income is made up entirely of benefits.
Ds gets PIP at highest level for both Care & Mobility & I get Carers' allowance.
Ohter than that I get Income Support (& council tax relief). I also get Tax Credits.
Do you know which of these 'count' as income please?

I need to get it correct as he may qualify for a Bursary?
