When is best time to put house on market?

We plan to sell our current house. Was thinking of August, but that is still school holidays so is it a bad idea?

I suppose it depends where you are. If you’re in EDC you could put it up on Christmas Day and it would sell there and then

it depends on where you are. City shouldn’t have major problems. Also close to a good school wouldn’t either. Rural commuter town might be a slower market.
