Ideas for my mums birthday activity

My mum's turning 65 in November and she wants to do some sort of family activity that we'd all enjoy.
There will be an almost 1yo, almost 3yo, 5.5yo and almost 7yo as well as 4 adults in our 30s and 2 in their 60s.
The baby will most likely just be happy watching whatever we're doing and having people chat to him, but what can we do that everyone would enjoy?
If I can suggest a few things then she can choose what she would like and I'll book it.
Glasgow / bearsden / milngavie area is best.

What about something like Llama/Alpaca trekking?

A family photoshoot?
Afternoon tea somewhere with a play area?

Oh god, a llama spat at/sneezed in my face once at Edinburgh zoo and I've been wary of them ever since Grin

At that time of year I'd probably pick somewhere indoors.
Glasgow Science Centre or Riverside Museum then an early dinner out?

Pottery painting at the Craft Pottery? Washington St. They are so nice and you can BYOB. Just an idea you could do a plate with the kids' handprints for Mum?

Chocolate making. Would recommend ChocolatBlanc Hamilton but there must be similar nearer you.

What about afternoon tea on a vintage routemaster?

Might keep the kids amused as always something new to look at out of the window.
