So based on that 2nd image, are women in the army now actually men?

Give me strength. Why don't we just do a way with gender, we don't bloody need it. Just use sex, male or female and what you wear or like to do is irrelevant. Then it's just a case of being attracted to male, female, both or neither - job done. Just get rid of the rest of it.

Facilities for Male or Female, sport for male or female, nothing else matters.

The second image is an old Mermaids slide. My only issue with it, is that they've depicted a spectrum as linear, whereas in reality it's more multidimensional. Is that your issue @Remoteso, that they've oversimplified the topic?

Oh this reminds me of a work call we had about this a few years ago, right down to the jolly pictures. Apparently women like to wear tight clothing and be nurturing, whereas men prefer baggy trews and managing. Luckily there was no time for questions or comments at the end and the gender identity discussions have quietly slipped away ( work for a financial institution and think they realised the inherent issues with it).
