As the title, ours aren't (East Dunbartonshire) and so still waiting on various activities going back.

What's the hold up with the SG guidance? All commercial venues appear to be open!

There are some groups which I fear if they don't start back soon, never will.

They started back 1st September in east Dunbartonshire

I'm in East Dunbartonshire too! Lots seems to still be shut up, or running on VERY restricted hours.

No community lets of schools here, but council owned games halls are available to let. Community Halls are owned by volunteer groups and have mixed availability (Shetland)

Lots of groups haven’t restarted.

Basketball Scotland have just released the fixtures for the season today and are in a mixture of schools and sports centres. Would expect other organisations will follow quickly

No indoor school lets in East Dunbartonshire but outdoor lets are on
To be reviewed after 6 weeks
Ridiculous
Half the time the kids are all together at the school anyway

Our community centre - library, swimming pool, sports hall, rooms to hire, theatre/cinema - is part of the academy building.
All the external groups who can have moved out to other premises, with no plans to go back. There's no theatre or cinema, the library is only open for restricted hours click and collect now school is back. The centre is shut due to lack of staff quite frequently, so no swimming or sports even out of school hours, but relief staff are complaining that they aren't being offered the work.
(Aberdeenshire)

Still a lot of external lets can't get in, and no guidance as to when that may change.

Council losing revenue, volunteer groups that are just hanging on, hoping that not everyone will fall away.

That's a shame, our local toddler group has restarted in the hall and I know gymnastics has started again in another hall.

Very little reopening here in Aberdeen City, even council run activities are still not opening although private groups in non council buildings have started up again. The council as an organisation are very resistant even though the staff on the ground are keen.
