Hotel in or around Newtongrange/East Fortune/Haddington

Can anyone suggest a hotel for an overnight stay that got a decent place to eat?

DH wants to go to the mining museum at Newtongrange and then DS wants to go to the museum of flight the next day.

There's the Golf Tavern in Haddington - more of an inn with rooms./

North Berwick is a bit nicer, but I guess it depends on your transport/timing as slightly further away.

The Sun Inn have rooms. They have a lovely restaurant.

I assume you'll be driving?
The Sun Inn is nice and Dahousie Castle is near by (might be too posh?)
Premier Inn (A1) Musselburgh but that only has a Brewer's Fayre next door.
They're all a bit "standalone" though, you might be better looking for a B&B or Airbnb in Musselburgh or even Portobello where you could walk to places to eat in the evening.
