Who is the tall grey haired lady ALWAYS walking beside alex salmond?

I’ve tried googling all over the place but I just can’t work out who she could be. She’s absolutely always with him these days. She’s not his wife. A lawyer? She’s remarkably invisible for someone so visible.

I believe she was his office manager or similar for many years?

I thought it was his wife - I know his wife is about 10-15 years older?

Its not his wife. She is early 80s and called Moira and is quite a bit shorter.

I read it was one of his sisters.
