Counselling courses (east coast of Scotland)

We're planning to move to either Angus or Fife next year and I am looking for somewhere to continue my counselling/psychotherapy training.

Could anyone recommend a good counselling training provider in the east part of Scotland?

Edinburgh university had a good counselling certificate and diploma course - not sure if they’re still doing it but worth looking at. There are also a couple of part time residential course which might be an option, Persona do one which might be worth looking at.

I've been looking at Dundee and even Aberdeen but didn't consider Edinburgh, silly me. Will definitely look their courses up, thank you @Jellycatspyjamas

If you’re looking at Dundee, Strathclyde have a good Masters programme too.

The Abertay Uni course is excellent, it is pluralistic so covers a number of different approaches. Accredited by BACP I believe. I worked on the course for a while, many years ago now.
I did my original training at Aberdeen, which at that point was person centred, this may have changed, you would have to check. It was also very good training.
Both experiences helped me secure employment in the NHS eventually, where I have had an enjoyable career.
I did my supervisors training at Edinburgh which was very good, but don’t have any experience of their diploma level training.
Hope this is helpful.

I've also heard that Abertay have a great course.
