Childcare allowed in home... what is and isn't allowed?

I'm so confused by the latest restrictions. Informal childcare is allowed in home. Does that mean paid childcare (nanny etc) isn't? Can parents be working from home in the same house whilst childcare is provided?

I don't know the answer but your nanny's place of work is your house; she cannot work from home so, as long as you SD from her, then I think that'd satisfy covid secure rules etc.
