Getting train to work, is there any way to tell how busy it is?

I need to get the train at peak times, I can't avoid it. Is there an app or anyway to tell me when a train is full or almost full, in Scotland, Glasgow area?

Sorry I don't think there is. I've been on the train a lot (work) and very quiet still with only a couple of people in each carriage.

No, there isn't. Is there any way to change your hours so you are not travelling at peak times? I think a lot of people are still WFH so they might not be that busy even at peak times.

Workplaces have been given guidance to facilitate staggering work times to allow staff to travel at non peak times. Is there a reason that your workplace is unable to have you work at home or facilitate flexibility?
