Hi,
My partner, myself our toddler and a newborn will moving up to Kilmarnock in the New Year from London.
I’m looking to get to know some new mum friends in the area to make the transition easier. We won’t know anyone up there.
Can anyone fill me on on what the toddler groups are like?

We go to music and dance groups here, rhyme time at local library and soft play at local leisure centre.

I’m on a mums social app, so will also post on there once we’ve moved up.

So if anyone would like to chat, please get in touch!
Thanks Smile

I'm not a mum so I'm not much use but I am from Ayrshire! Hopeful bump for you. If you want anymore info about the general area, I will do my best Smile

That’s going to be a culture shock! I grew up just down the road and my mum is from Kilmarnock.

Don’t live there anymore but I have found Ayrshire folk to be super friendly. Im sure you’ll meet lots of people.

Why are you moving to Kilmarnock, OP? Is it a career thing or are you just desperate to experience Killieween? Grin

Mum fromm Kilmarnock here! I have a 9 month old :)

Baby groups are pants unless you're willing to travel to ayr /Glasgow but there's no plenty "under 5s" groups from what I have can remember seeing. Facebook is a definitely your friend on that one. Smile
