What are the winters like in Kilmarnock?

We are moving there very soon. Just wanted to know what to expect, having lived in London all my life.

OP, it's Scotland so you can be pretty sure it'll be wet, followed by showers, with a high chance of rain later. We don't get as much snow as we used to, sadly. Unless it's wet snow. The weather forecasters will keep you well informed about London & the south; when they announce the country is going to get a heatwave or a spell of sunny, dry weather, that generally applies to southern England and the rest of us up north just have to assume it's going to rain 😬 I don't know much about Kilmarnock, but you'll be well placed to experience some of the best parts of Scotland.
