it's been lovely here...sunny but airy. I am in that little desert on the NE of Scotland though.

what with that and sunning myself in George Square in very hot and sunny Glasgow last thurs/fri my tan is coming along nicely.

magimedi · 15/04/2015 19:15

Scorchio here in Sussex! Grin

In defence I did live in Scotland (& loved it) for 4 years.

BohemianRaptor · 15/04/2015 19:22

I was wondering when we'd get a weather thread, can't really have a scotsnet without one. It's been lovely and sunny on the east coast today, bit blowy though and the obligatory shower. I was off work last week though and spent most of it at the beach, weather was cracking and Ds was in the sea, hardy wee soul that he is. According to my mum, the weather god, we're in for some hot weather v soon.

Justmuddlingalong · 15/04/2015 19:26

I've taken off the 15 tog duvet today and replaced it with a 4.5 tog. Didn't think I was jumping the gun, what with it being mid April. Grrrr.

purplecloud123 · 15/04/2015 19:27

I'm not in Scotland but it's pissed me off too. I've heard plenty about how it's lovely and sunny in England today. Not in the north east it isn't.

FuckyNell · 15/04/2015 19:28

I got sunburned Sad Grin

CaTsMaMmA · 15/04/2015 19:29

well, that's just plain rash justmuddlingalong ...I never take the winter duvet off! But I do throw/fold back the cotton cover AND fancy quilted topper as we move towards High Summer.

OOAOML · 15/04/2015 19:51

I went out without my coat at lunchtime and it was quite warm. Still cold at night though.

OneMagnumisneverenough · 15/04/2015 19:55

We stick with 4ish tog all year round (in Scotland) in the lake district this week and it was pushing and freezing this morning but cleared up and we had a bit of Sun the afternoon. Warm in the sun but cold in the shade.

Nervo · 15/04/2015 20:00

Took the kids out at about 1.30pm and it was lovely and warm - had to carry jackets. By 2.30pm it was Baltic.

West Coast.

Still, I'm not a fan of the heat.

hellhasnofurylikeahungrywoman · 15/04/2015 20:02

It was beautiful here today.

Momagain1 · 15/04/2015 20:39

It was nice when we were out. Not,a scorcher, but there was sun., we went to Dobbie's.

Christinayangstwistedsister · 15/04/2015 22:11

I was at kelvin grove today....was bloody Baltic

Nellagain · 15/04/2015 22:16

Baltic in the north west too.

Still we all know that if the weather happens in the south east then that is the only weather in the country.Grin

Appin · 15/04/2015 22:18

I've not managed to get a single load of washing dried today. It looked a good drying day, then it rained. Then it was glorious, put it back out, it rained. It can stay out there for all I care, I'm in a huff.

TheOneWiththeNicestSmile · 15/04/2015 22:20
