Reasonable priced holidays in summer holidays

Probably a stupid question but is there anywhere in the UK that is actually reasonably priced in summer holidays for a week away? I can’t believe the unbelievable extortionate price of even staying in a static caravan on a holiday park! If anyone has any suggestions of where to look that would be so helpful? I’m not expecting anything cheap but just something reasonable (ish) would be a start!!

What are you classing as reasonable? We found it cheaper to drive across to Calais and stay somewhere like here Mobile homes - Noires Mottes campsite, it was a change of scene and quite a bit less expensive than the holiday parks in the UK. Noires Mottes is also not a far drive from Calais, has a playground and is near a sandy beach. It has a pizzeria on site too.
