anyone good with staging room solutions?

I'm selling my 2 bed and moving in a 3. Agents told us to stage second bedroom that is currently an office. The flat we're moving into has two tiny bedrooms. We're going to TTC next year.

I don't see the point in buying a single bed for staging. But am trying to think is there something we can use to stage as a bed that is also needed for a baby? Like a nursing chair that turns into a bed?

I'm pretty clueless! Any ideas?

Apparently you can rent furniture for staging

@parietal I had no idea- I assume thats a service for wealthy people with large homes?

When we moved in to our house it was staged with wooden pallets as beds. Still there when we moved in. I thought the seller was throwing in beds! Live and learn.

You can buy a single bed on Facebook for £20 and sell it on for the same amount afterwards.

@Thingsthatgo yes we just don't have a van! staging is £500

Is your car very small? We can fit dismantled single beds into our car.

yes my car is a ford fiesta!

We once staged a bedroom by packing up clutter into 6-8 boxes. Lining them up and covering with a duvet and pillows so they looked like a bed. (Also a great way to start packing / hide unnecessary clutter!)

Just get a bedspread and put some boxes to make the size of a bed underneath. Looks like a bed in the photos, doesn't matter in person.

Arrange some big cardboard boxes and put blankets and pillows on them. It could pass for a day bed. Maybe.
