Anyone else struggling with LO starting school?

Just that really. I'm really missing my DD 🥺 I still have my Ds at home and I know I'll get used to it. It's shocked me how hard this has been.

I feel like my working friends don't really get it. They're just glad of no more nursery fees! I know if I was still working it would be different.

I haven't had time to miss mine yet! He did 1 hour today and doesn't start full time until next Thursday! It is a big adjustment though, especially as you seem to know less about their day at school compared to nursery. Can you plan some days geared to your DS? Things your DD is too old for, to enjoy the time for the 2 of you.

My DD did mornings last week and is full time this week!

Yes, I'm going to start planning my weeks I think to get out as much as possible! Thank you x

God I'm a terrible mother.

Missed the first born when he started but I waved the twins off willingly to full time nursery 🤣altho I did struggle being in the house alone and refused for like a week or two 😬
