Hi all, not sure if this is the best place to post but I wondered if I could pick your brains...

I've got a 17 mo boy and have just started nannying a 7 mo boy with my lo. I believe in parenting gently and in the three days I've been settling everyone, it would seem the boys are generally very happy with their new situation... But! I can see that it's going to be bloody tough as if my boy cries it sets of the smaller one - and of course the smaller one is prone to getting frustrated as he's not yet crawling so each activity has v limited time - then you throw in the double nappy changes, outdoor clothes changes etc and it's pretty challenging. So I wondered if anyone who had 2 v young children to look after had any tips, particularly around routine? I'm not anxious, just looking to learn from others' experience. The mum has been with us off and on so I haven't yet had to bear the full load of a full day on my own. Many thanks!
