Stay at home mums how do you cope with boredom?
I have 2 girls and currently pregnant with my third girl, my partner works while I take care of the children.
Lately I’ve been so miserable, I’ve suffered with depressions for years and attended talking therapy which helped massively but I feel myself slipping back.
I don’t have many friends and I don’t do anything for myself all it seems like I do is cook and clean up after everyone.
I’d loved a hobby or part time job but finding it difficult to commit to full time work due to child care and being pregnant.
Does anyone have any recommendations for work from home jobs or online courses that might help me?
